If you want to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team in advanced.
After our customer service team has confirmed your exchange request, for European customers can return their items to the warehouses based in Europe. As soon as we receive the returned item we will begin to prepare the exchange. Please pay attention to the processing time of the item and keep in mind the amount of time your original order took to arrive. 
In regards to the standard ‘Made to order’ items, if you have chosen the wrong size or there is a quality issue with the product, you can apply for an exchange of merchandise. For shipping fee for return needs to be covered by customer. When the product is sent again, the shipping method is chosen by Milanoo Boutique. No restocking fee is charged on exchange service.
Already used items are unavailable for exchange. The items must also be returned with the original tags and packaging.
If your item has a problem with, or is missing, an accessory such as a zipper, sash etc. Milanoo Boutique can send a replacement to you.
Products not included as part of the exchange service include: swimsuits, lingerie and underwear as well as make up products.
