1.Request for return or complaint must be filed within 14 days based on the original delivery date of your package. You may click here
to file a return and refund process.
2.Please kindly apply a RMA request if the product has any question. Any quality issues should be proved with photograph documents and problem description.
3.If the size doesn't fit, Milanoo offers exchange service. But please kindly notice we'll offer the exchange for free only if the size we offer has deviation beyond the International size difference (± 4cm for the bust ,waist and hip size, ± 2 cm for the item length and the sleeves length and so on ) .Otherwise, you may be supposed to burden the shipping fee for the exchange. So please make sure that you have checked the size chart before the order is placed.
4.We shall charge a certain amount restocking fee on each returning merchandise Wedding Dresses, Wedding Party Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses and Groom Wear: 20% restocking fee。Rest of Merchandise: 15% restocking fee.
5.Products with custom made, disposable, swimsuits, lingerie items, used and damaged are unavailable for return.
6.You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received
Milanoo reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns marked COD for insufficient postage will be refused.
